Type – Top Loading or Front Loading?
Top Loaders require an open gap within the bench so the washing machine can slide in the space. Whereas Front Loaders can be fitted below the benchtop offering more working space.
 
Dryer 
Mounting Type – Under the Bench or Wall Mounted?
Does the Dryer need to be vented?
 
Style
Is there a design style that you really like or look you are trying to achieve?
 
Storage Requirements
